Terms & Conditions – DOA – Live arrival guarantee – applies to overnight shipments only – In the rare occasion you open box and there is a dead fish in a bag, Take Photos / Videos right there in the bag, original packing, clearly showing DOA & again out of bag clearly showing DOA . Email them to me within 2 hours of arrival. Guarantee does not cover any claim if only providing pics of fish out of bag or only in the bag both, need be sent. Many customers are videoing the opening of their box to show all alive or DOA if any.

Approval of All DOA claims is at the discretion of CaliforniaCichlids.com. All approved claims will be issued credit for invoice value of DOA, credit toward next live fish orders within 6 months. Photos and/or videos of tanks/fish in stock are available for your order upon request, before payment if necessary, insuring you know what you are ordering.

NOTE: There is no guarantee in extreme temps. hot or cold. No guarantee on carrier service failure or delivery delays.
